Orientation Activities and Healthy Living
An Orientation Programme for Secondary One students is held in summer. It includes a bridging course and a welcoming tea party for S.1 parents. In the bridging course, the school curriculum, school life, form-teacher period arrangement, team activity orienteering as well as lesson learning components are introduced to students. The programme also enables S.1 students and their teachers to build up mutual respect and bonds and to increase their understanding of our school and to strengthen their sense of belonging.
The school requests the tuck shop to provide less fried food to students and the school meal provider needs to serve students with fruits occasionally. Our school kitchen also provides students with freshly cooked rice and vegetables on the spot.

School Management Organisation:
The Incorporated Management Committee is set up to govern the school. The IMC is made up of representatives from the education and professional sectors. The committee is chaired by Father Rev. Baudry, Gervais Emmanuel Paul Joseph. The School Development Committee advises the principal on matters concerning school development. The school administration structure comprises of Home-school Co-operation, Student Formation, Academic Affairs, Information Technology and School Administration Team as well as the General Affairs and the Finance Committee.

Learning and Teaching Plan
Whole-school Language Policy:
Cantonese is the major teaching medium except in English lessons. A NET teacher is employed to enhance students' interest in learning English language. There are school-based curriculum, cross subject and group language activities, English debating, speaking competition and activities to implement the policy of 'biliteracy and trilingualism' so as to enrich the language learning atmosphere at school.
The school constantly provides English remedial and enhancement courses as well as oral practice lessons to assist students in language learning.
The Tuesday and Thursday morning assembly is conducted in English.

1. Curricula are designed based on EDB's 8 Key Learning Areas and the 4 key tasks. We modify the EDB curriculum to suit our school needs and build up a school-based curriculum of our own.

3.Our school offers Hyread e-book, reading sessions, good book recommendation both by teachers and students, awards for the most active readers, ten good books election, inter-class board decoration competition, reading slogan competition, various reading schemes and subject-based recommended reading. 2. Curriculum highlights: The school provides various forms with Weekly Assembly in which seminars, talks, workshops or outings are held. Whereas in senior forms, Other Learning Experiences and Applied Learning courses are offered. It is hoped that senior form students can produce a content-rich portfolio for their further use.

Students are encouraged to read through various school-based reading programmes. By means of morning assembly sharing and Form Assembly, civil and moral education is delivered. Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
Based upon the Attainment Test results, Form one students are allotted into suitable and small classes. According to their needs, the school arranges different tutorial lessons, training classes and learning groups for students to participate. Teachers of all subjects in senior forms also render tutorial support to students after school and during vacations.
There are also specific groups in school to take care of students with Special Educational Needs, Non Chinese Speaking and Newly Arrival Students from Mainland China. The services take the form of consultation, counselling, remedial lessons, enhancement classes, language learning groups and various kinds of activities.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education:
The school has set up a Learning Support Team. The team is formed consisting a teacher and three social workers. The aim of the team is to help students with Special Educational Needs in the areas of learning and socialising. The services provided include teaching adaptation, assessment accommodation, remedial learning groups, training on social skills, speech therapy services, Individual Education Plan, education psychologist's assessment and consultation, parents' meeting, pre- exam revision classes and so on.

Home-School Co-operation:
The Parent-Teacher Association and its voluntary work group provide the school with extra resources to assist in tendering advice as well as daily manoeuvre of tasks. The Home-School Co-operation Committee organises parent meetings, talks and assorted activities regularly in order to build up good relationship between the school and parents.
The members of the voluntary work group always assist in uniform recycling, meal tasting and tutorial class patrolling.
