School Management Organisation:
The School was founded by The Hong Kong Council of the Church of Christ in China. In September 2007, the school established its Incorporated Management Committee which is responsible for the direction and development of the School. KLC has adopted school-based management for years. After IMC has decided the overall development direction, the school will be empowered to exercise her school-based management for the whole-person development of all students.

We offer students extensive opportunities to discover and develop their personal qualities, gifts and talents through academic curriculum and a great diversity of experiential learning programmes.
- A school-based and integrated curriculum with a focus of whole-person development and positive value education is developed to foster students to be “College Ready, Life Ready”.
Development of the Four Key Tasks:
(1) Reading to Learn: Chinese and English Reading Scheme is implemented every year.
(2) Information Technology for Interactive Learning: The Internet is effectively used as a learning tool for interactive learning. An IT Prefect is assigned in each class to help promote interactive learning by using information technology.
(3) Project Learning: Besides project-based activities, research skills training and cross-curriculum project are covered in classes.
(4) Moral and Civic Education: 'Whole-person development' is emphasized at our College. Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
(1) Each teacher takes up the role as a personal tutor to take care of a small group of students. All teachers are responsible for student discipline and counselling;
