School Management Organisation:
1. Our school is led by the Incorporated Management Committee (IMC).
2. School development plans are formulated under the shared missions of all teachers, followed by the adoption of the PTA and approval of the IMC.
3. School Core Advisory Group and School-based Management Committee help the principal to implement the school policies. The School-based Management Consultation Committee consists of teachers of different seniority and functional groups to participate in school administration.
4. The Alumni Association, Parent-Teacher Association and Student Association work closely together with the school for our future development.

School Green Policy:
In order to encourage students to save energy and make good use of natural resources, "Energy Saving Regulations" have been posted in classrooms and checks are carried out throughout the year. We also respond to activities such as "Light-off for an hour", "No Air-con Night" and organize "No Air-con Day". To reduce waste products, students are encouraged to bring their own eating utensils to the school picnic or other activities. Recycling boxes are set up in the corridor of each floor on the school premises to facilitate classifications of waste products. In recent years, we have joined "Programme on Provision of Small Food Waste Composters at School" launched by Environmental Protection Department.

Whole-school Language Policy:
We have adopted English as the medium of instruction (EMI) in some non-language subjects in some classes in junior forms. Both Mathematics and Science (S.1 and S.2) are taught in English. S.3 Life and Society and Science subjects are taught in English or have Extended Learning Activities in English.
A series of school-based teaching and learning packages has been integrated into the curriculum for the sake of English learning. English learning is a priority of school development. We have held a variety of English learning activities, such as English Activity Days, NET Chats, Lunchtime English Performances, news presentations, science, music, visual arts and physical education activities in English. These activities enrich the English learning environment for the students and maximize their exposure to the language.

1. Teachers participate in focused lesson observation and lesson study.
2. We train our students with a variety of learning skills.

1. Electives: 2X. Our school provides multiple elective subjects (33 combinations) for students to choose according to their interests and abilities.

Curriculum highlights: Based on Hong Kong educational goals and the central curriculum, together with the education goals of the school and strengths of the school, we have developed our curriculum which suits the abilities and needs of our students. To promote the development of the key tasks and diversified learning experiences of students, elements such as civic and moral education and social services are diffused into our curriculum. Our Academic Team is also committed to assisting teachers to develop different teaching strategies and techniques, such as life-wide learning, the use of information technology in education, cooperative learning and self-regulated learning activities.
Development of the Four Key Tasks:
We carry out different reading schemes, make use of information technology and implement project learning in order to promote students’ motivation and to develop their generic skills. Our Religious Education and Affairs Team, Civic, Moral & Environmental Education Team, Counseling Team and Discipline Team will run different courses and programmes in order to cultivate students’ virtues and raise their civic awareness.
Life Planning Education:
In promoting life planning, our Careers Guidance Team organizes different activities with other school teams for different levels of students. Activities are designed based on students' needs in their development with focused life planning. We also make use of resources outside to carry out activities such as seminars, visits to universities inside and outside Hong Kong. Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
1. In teaching, all subject teachers adapt their teaching methodology, teaching materials and assessment modes to cater for learner diversity to promote students' interest in learning;
2. We oragnize activities and courses for students with different abilities:
(1) Effective learning programme for academic high achievers in S.2 and S.3.
(2) Nominate and subsidize elite students to join programmes organized by the Science Academy for Young Talent of the Faculty of Science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
(4) Nominate and subsidize elite students to join the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Dual Program (DP).
(5) Nominate gifted students to join the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education and encourage them to apply for related courses.
(6) Organize courses for high achievers from S.4 to S.6 with the Diversity Learning Grant (DLG). Courses include Chinese writing and appreciation class, Training class for Mathematics geniuses, Advanced graphic arts class for Visual Arts etc.
(7) Remedial classes for junior forms; tutorial classes on specific subjects for senior forms;

Whole School Approach to Integrated Education:
We are dedicated to cultivating the culture of integration by means of ‘whole school approach’ in support of SEN students. Through the allocation of resources, we provide appropriate and multifarious assistance and services in order to enhance their learning efficiency and enable them to integrate into school life. The Student Support Team consists of Vice-Principals, Discipline Mistress, Counseling Mistress, Chinese, English and Mathematics teachers, discipline teacher, counselor, social workers and educational psychologist. We make use of Learning Support Grant to employ a counselor to implement the programme ‘Pleasurable Learning Scheme’ and acquire professional services for SEN students such as small-group activities, training classes in reading and writing, speech training courses. We provide appropriate adjustments for SEN students in learning, homework, tests and examinations. We hold inter-disciplinary professional meetings to formulate tailor-made schemes for assisting students. We emphasize the cooperation between family and school. Through various channels such as phone dialogues and face-to-face meetings, teachers and parents work together to discuss and monitor all the relevant strategies for student development.

Home-School Co-operation and School Ethos
Home-School Co-operation:
We aim at promoting home-school co-operation. Through a series of activities organized by our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), we enhance the capacity of the parents, so that students will have better family support. We h family education talks for parents and sharing sessions for parents of Form One students to improve their parenting skills. In addition, we hold different classes and social functions, such as handicraft workshops, parent-child outings and photo-taking activities. Moreover, to cater for parents' well-being, the PTA organizes meditation classes for parents to reduce their stress and boost their concentration. Through participating in these activities, teachers, parents and students can enjoy healthy leisure time. Besides, the gatherings allow the participants to share their anecdotes and lives.

Besides, thematic workshops and seminars, such as, "Assessment for Learning", "Co-operative Learning", "Enhancing Learning Motivation", "Catering For Learning Diversity", "Visits To Schools overseas", "E-learning", "Self-regulated Learning", "National Security Education" have been organised for teachers.
